WFH has received numerous messages from KOHEM members since my site inspection in Seoul last November.  It is difficult for the WFH to evaluate which of them are official messages and which are of personal nature; we have kindly answered all of them always repeating the same message.
WFH는 지난 11월 저의 서울 실사 후에 코헴 회원으로 부터 여러통의 메일을 받았다.
WFH는 어느 것이 공식적인 메일이고 어느 것이 개인의 메일인지 판단하기 어려웠다.
그래서 우리는 모든 메일에 성실히 같은 내용의 답을 했다.

As I have tried to explain during my visit in Seoul and also after my return in an official letter from WFH president Mr. Alain Weill to KOHEM’s president Mr. Dong Gwan Kim (see attached), KOHEM cannot  be host of a future WFH World Congress as long as KOHEM is not the accredited National Member Organization for Korea. Korea Hemophilia Foundation (KHF), the accredited National Member Organization for Korea, decided not to continue the candidacy in November and therefore Seoul, Korea could not even be considered by the WFH Executive Committee in February when the two finalists for 2020 were determined.
저의 서울 방문 동안 설명한 것과 또한 코헴 김동관회장에게 제가 보낸 WFH 알렌 웨일 회장의 서신의 내용 대로 한국코헴회가 한국의 승인된 NMO가 아닌한 코헴은 장래의 WFH 총회의 개최국이 될 수 없다.
한국의 승인된 NMO인 한국혈우재단은 지난 11월에 개최신청을 지속하지 않을 것을 결정했다.
그래서 2020년 마지막 두 후보국을 결정하는 2월의 WFH 집행위원회에 의해서 한국의 서울은 개최후보국에서 제외 되었다.

In order to avoid any additional confusion, I kindly ask you to inform KOHEM’s members accordingly and that official messages to WFH are only sent by you or the designated spokes person for international affaires from KOHEM  directly to Mr. Robert Leung, WFH Regional Program Manager.
앞으로 혼란을 피하기 위해서, WFH에 대한 공식적인 메시지는 당신이나 코헴의 국제적 문제에 대한 지정된 인물을 통해 WFH의 프로그램 매니저인 로버트 륭에게 전달해 줄 것을 정중히 요청한다.
